Andrea Woodburn, PhD, is Assistant Professor in the Département d’éducation physique at Université Laval, Canada, and Director of the Baccalauréat en Intervention sportive, an undergraduate program specializing in sport coach education. Her research interests include coach learning and professional development, and barriers to participation in competitive sport. A former alpine ski coach and master learning facilitator in Canada’s National Coaching Certification Program, she has helped many Canadian national sport federations develop their coaching education programs.

 

アンドレア・ウッドバーン博士は、カナダ・ラバル大学体育学部で助教を務めており、またスポーツコーチ教育を専門とする学部プログラム(スポーツ介入指導バカロレア)でもディレクターを務めている。研究では、コーチの学び、専門的な能力の開発、競技スポーツへの参加障壁などに関心を寄せている。カナダ・コーチング資格プログラムで、アルペンスキーのコーチおよびマスターラーニングファシリテーターを務めた。また、カナダの国内スポーツ競技連盟がコーチ教育プログラムを開発・展開するのをサポートしてきた。

Paula Korsakas is a sports consultant based in Brazil and has been involved in coach education for over 15 years, especially in grassroots and youth sports, supporting organizations in Long-Term Athlete Development Programs elaboration and implementation. She is also an advocate for the right to sport and for gender equality in her country and took part in the working group of the Ministry of Sport that drew the guidelines for the Brazilian National Sports System in 2015-16. Paula is a researcher at the Sports Pedagogy Studies Lab at State University of Campinas/Brazil and alumna of the fourth cohort (2017 - 2018) of the NCDA.

 

パウラ・コルサカスは、ブラジルを拠点に活動するスポーツコンサルタントで、15年以上に渡りコーチ教育に関わってきた。とりわけ、草の根レベルやユース世代のスポーツに関わり、長期的アスリート育成プログラムの開発・実施を担う組織をサポートしてきた。また、自国におけるスポーツをする権利や性の平等を主張してきた。2015-16年にはブラジルスポーツシステムのためのガイドラインを作成した、スポーツ省のワーキンググループに参加している。現在は、ブラジル・カンピーナス州立大学スポーツ教育学研究所で研究員を務めている。NCDAの第4期修了生でもある。

Rita Horvath graduated in physical education and adapted physical education in Budapest and has a MA degree in international leisure studies from the Netherlands. Her interest in multiple sport related mainly to outdoor sport activities. She is a senior instructor in Alpine skiing being involved in ski instructors’ qualification. Rita was a pioneer in the dissemination of Nordic walking sport in Hungary and is still a consultant for the Hungarian Leisure Sport Association. Due to the work commitment in sport for all, she was elected as Board member for the Hungarian Coaching Association where she is a project manager today leading projects related to coach development programs.

 

リタ・ホーヴァスは、ブタペストで体育とアダプテッド体育の学士号を取得した後、オランダで国際余暇学の修士号を取得した。そして、主にアウトドアスポーツ活動に関する複数のスポーツに関心を寄せている。また、アルペンスキーの上級インストラクターで、スキーインストラクターの資格にも関わっている。さらに、ハンガリーのノルディックウォーキングスポーツの普及において先駆的役割を果たしてきて、現在でもハンガリーレジャースポーツ協会にコンサルタントを行っている。スポーツ・フォー・オールに奉仕する精神から、ハンガリー・コーチング協会の役員に選出され、現在プロジェクトマネージャーとしてコーチ育成プログラムに関連するプロジェクトを指揮している。

Dr. Abbe Brady is Head of Department for Psychology and Pedagogic Science at St Mary’s University (London, UK), London and a registered and practising Sport and Exercise Psychologist. Her consultancy and research interests relate to understanding athlete and coach well-being, and using positive psychology and humanistic approaches to support coach learning and development. Abbe is fortunate to be among the Cohort 5 of the Nippon Sport Science University Coach Developer Academy (NCDA) working and learning alongside other coach developers and Paralympic coaches from around the globe.

 

アビー・ブラディ博士は、現在、セントメリー大学(ロンドン・英国)で心理学・教育学科長を務めている。また、スポーツ・エクササイズ心理士の資格を持ち、実践を行っている。彼女のコンサルタント業務および研究関心は、アスリートとコーチのウェルビーイングを理解することと、コーチの学びと成長をサポートするためにポジティブ心理学とヒューマニスティックアプローチを使用することにある。アビーはNSSUコーチデベロッパーアカデミーの第5期生であり、世界各国からやってきたコーチデベロッパーやパラスポーツのコーチたちと学びを深めている。

Dr. Bettina Callary is an associate professor in sport and physical activity leadership at Cape Breton University in Nova Scotia, Canada. Her research explores coach development and adult-oriented coaching practices. She is also the associate editor of the International Sport Coaching Journal and guest co-editor for the ISCJ’s special issue for coach developers. Dr. Callary is an alpine ski coach for over 20 years, with experience coaching Argentina’s World Cup ski team, and the Canadian Alpine Ski Team. Dr. Callary has been a coach developer in Alpine Canada and the National Coaching Certification Program in Canada for 15 years.

 

ベッティーナ・キャラリー博士は、ケープブレトン大学(カナダ・ノヴァスコティア)でスポーツ身体運動を専門とする准教授として活躍している。コーチ育成および成人コーチング実践などの研究を行っている。また、『国際スポーツコーチングジャーナル』の編集者および同ジャーナルの「コーチデベロッパー特集号」の共同編集長を務めている。20年以上に渡りアルペンスキーのコーチをしており、ワールドカップのアルゼンチンスキー代表チームやカナダのアルペンアルペンスキーチームでコーチの経験がある。さらに、15年に渡り、アルペン・カナダとカナダ・コーチング資格プログラムでコーチデベロッパーを務めている。

After completing a Bachelor of Sport and Recreation Management and working in the Outdoor Education field, Tammy Mehrtens has spent the past 10 years working in the community sport sector and is passionate about helping people grow and reach their potential. Her roles to date have been about building the capability and capacity of people working in sport, with the vision that everyone should have access to high quality sporting experiences that add value to their lives and inspire them to stay involved in sport. Tammy is currently the National Training Manager at Netball New Zealand where her role is to lead and support the development and implementation of the National Coach Developer Strategy, with the aim of creating a well-supported and sustainable coach development system.

 

タミー・マーテンスは、スポーツ・レクリエーションマネージメントの学士号を得て、アウトドア教育の分野で仕事をした後、10年間コミュニティスポーツセクターで働いてきた。そのなかでは特に、人々の成長を支援し、可能性を開花させることに尽力してきた。スポーツ関わる人々の能力を向上させる役割を担っており、誰もがそれぞれの人生に価値を与え、スポーツに関わり続けてくれるように鼓舞するような質の高いスポーツ経験に至るべきだというヴィジョンを持っている。タミーは、現在、ニュージーランド・ネットボール協会でナショナルトレーニングマネージャーを務めており、ナショナルコーチデベロッパー戦略の開発と実施をリードするなかで、サポートの行き届いた持続可能なコーチ育成システムを創り出すことを目指している。

Catherine Joy Lariosa has been a collegiate varsity Judo coach, for 8 years now, at the University of the Philippines. Also, she is a lecturer at the same university, teaching Strength and Conditioning Methods; Test and Measurements, Basic Judo, Weight Training, and Self Defense. She connected with the Philippine Judo Federation as their current Sports Director. She is a beginner Coach Developer embarking on Coach Development. She hopes to make a difference in our current Sports Development Setting.

 

キャサリン・ジョイ・ラリオサは、フィリピン大学で現在まで8年に渡り柔道のコーチを務めている。また、同大学にて講師も務めており、ストレングス&コンディショニングの方法、試験と計測、柔道基礎、ウェイトトレーニング、護身術などを教えている。さらに、フィリピン柔道連盟ではスポーツディレクターとして活動している。コーチ育成者の駆け出しとしてコーチ育成に関わり、スポーツ育成環境において改善を生み出したいと願っている。

Sharly Natsu Yazaki, the daughter of Japanese father and second-generation Japanese descendant mother, was born in the Yuba Community in São Paulo, Brazil. The Yuba Community is agricultural, self-sustaining, where all live in a communitarian way. Lived in the community until 17 years old. Later, moved to Presidente Prudente, where studied Physical Education in São Paulo State University (UNESP) and bachelor’s degree in University of Oeste Paulista. After graduation, worked as a gym instructor, personal trainner, swimming school teacher and athletic’s coach assistant. In April 2014, was approved in the Nippon Foundation Nikkei Scholarship "Dream Come True Project". Through this project, joined the athletics club as a athlete (sprinter) at Japan Wellness Sports College, in Tokyo, Japan. In 2016, worked as a staff of NHK (Japan Broadcasting Corporation) in Rio Olympic and Paralympic Games. In April 2017, started a master's degree in Coaching at Nippon Sport Science University in which combines the qualities of Nikkei identity and the gobal vision of the course to study a broad method of Coaching. One vision is to contribute to improving the people’s quality of life through sport.

 

矢崎シャーリー夏は、日本人の父と日系二世の母のもとブラジル・サンパウロ州の弓場農場に生まれる。弓場は農業を中心とした自給自足の共同生活を送るコミュニティであり、17歳までそこで過ごした。その後、サンパウロ州立大学で体育教師養成課程を修了し、オエステ・パウリスタ大学で体育学士の学位を取得。卒業後、ウェイトトレーニング、水泳教室のインストラクター、パーソナルトレーナー、陸上競技のアシスタントコーチを経験。2014年4月、日本財団日系スカラーシップ「夢の実現プロジェクト」に合格し、日本ウェルネススポーツ学校で陸上競技短距離選手として在学。2016年リオオリンピック・パラリンピックで言語及び専門の陸上競技を活かし、NHKのスタッフとして任務を果たす。2017年4月、日本体育大学大学院コーチング学系に進学。日系人としての資質を活かしつつ世界を視野に入れた幅広い指導法を学習中。スポーツを通して人々の人生の質をよくすることに貢献することを自らのビジョンにしている。
